Redemptive Gifts Questionnaire
For each of the statements, think about how you usually function in your organisation. There may be times when you find it difficult to answer a particular question, but do the best that you can. It might be useful later discussion to note numbers of the questions that you find particularly difficult to answer.
Keep in mind that the accuracy of this survey depends on your openness and honesty in answering the questions. This is not a test with right and wrong answers; rather it is a tool for promoting thought and discussion.
