Charlie Bennett
I grew up in upstate New York in a large family. I was the seventh of seven children. We weren't Church goers, but I was around five, my mom got her license and took the younger three to church. Several years later, we three was saved and we eventually left home for college.
I met my wife, Bonnie in 1966 while in college and we were married in 1970. My first job was in New Jersey, where we raised four children. We now have eight grandchildren. I was a computer software engineer.
We were a Christian family, going to a Christian church and loved the meetings. There were Bible studies on Wednesday nights, where I learned to dig into the Bible for myself, and eventually taught the adult Bible class on Sunday mornings. I made Bible study a part of every evening and have continue the practice for over fifty years. I love to help other people discover more and more truth for themselves as they learn that the Holy Spirit can guide anyone into all truth.
